Books by the Banks: Poster by Jeffrey Ebbeler Unveiling

The whole poster will soon be revealed...
The seventh annual Books by the Banks festival will unveil its 2013 poster, created by Jeffrey Ebbeler, at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 5 at Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Rookwood Pavilion. Twenty percent of all purchases at Joseph-Beth & Brontë Bistro on Sept. 5 will go to support Books by the Banks. The attached voucher must be presented at time of purchase.

Some of the previous poster illustrators will also be in attendance.

    I haven't seen the poster up close yet, but I love what little I can make out.
    What a fun poster!

    With so many good posters done in the past, it was probably hard to break with tradition. I'm so glad that Jeffrey reversed a few trends: going more youthful, focusing on a character, and (gasp) using lots of grey in the scenery. The turquoise cubist waves are just icing on the cake.
