You can buy it, it's expensive, but you can also look at the library. Lots of resources and it's easy to navigate, by theme, publication type, etc. Even if she doesn't sit the submission criteria, there are numbers there that may put you in contact with someone who can help you. Plus, there's the Chamber of Commerce. They may have some info you can exploit. They will have databases with the companies available in Cincinnati. If she's not picky who she works for there are lots of options in Cincy that may give her the internship she desires or, if nothing else, give her information she can use in looking for one.
