This is great, Scott! —and your delivery is fine: enthusiastic and crystal-clear. I wish I had a transcript or the ability to fast forward and reverse during the podcast. There were several sections that would make excellent springboards for discussions. "Bridging the gap..." is just one of them.
Well Chuck, it's all in my head or in my journal. (I keep a journal to keep secrets from my computer)
I welcome ideas for topics that will help our industry education the novelist who wants to be involved. Novelists as in corporate leaders where visual brand is important.
