  3. Problem is...if you do one that's involved, the client thinks they can keep adding and adding and adding, like suitcases falling out of planes, bibles and soup cans. And at least this one didn't have the family hamster.

  4. Jerry, I hope you charge by the logo.
    When I do these things, I advise the client that the caricature works best with a maximum of 4 carefully chosen references. That keeps the focus where it belongs —on the person. Most clients are agreeable when it's explained that way.

  5. Chuck. This one was simple compared to P&G. They always want the towers included, plus all the products the subject is involved with. They insist. But they keep coming back. Gotta keep them happy. And I don't mind. My drawings have always been full of little surprises.
