Seeking a female artist for MUSE concert artwork

Hi, all. I'm posting this on behalf of my wife, Julie Brock, who is with MUSE, Cincinnati's Women's Choir.

    So on the link and in the PDF it doesn't stipulate that applicants must be female. Is that an oversight or was this post in error?
