Bruce Chrislip just published a history of minicomix called "The Minicomix Revolution: 1969-1989." It's a 462-page trade-paperback that retails for $25.00. Since it's self-published and limited to 100 copies, the book is available only through Bruce.
There's also a signed and numbered edition (five remaining!) for $40.
Shipping is $5.00 per book if sent via US Mail.
