I know this has virally ricocheting around the web, but it is really worth watching. Gaiman says a lot about the direction media and publishing are going that I have said (more eloquently though).
It also is a good companion the the Noah Z. Jones interview that I posted a couple days ago.

This was a treat. It's near impossible to watch this and not really like the guy.
