Dr. Sketchy's Anti Art School #3

One more sketch from a "Sketchy" evening. It's been a while since I've posted.

Colored paper is great - I need to work with this more often.

  3. I feel pressured to put some of mine up but will not have the time for a couple days.

I will try colored paper next time too. It is festive :)

  5. I agree, John —seeing what comes out of different minds is a great part of the appeal of drawing with a group.
Dr. Sketchy may be cheaper, but if you can't stand the wait, I'll invite you to Manifest studios on any Tuesday. It's 10 bucks for a walk-in, but you'll definitely see a good variety of interpretations of one model. They have sessions on Wed and Sat. too, I believe.

There are opportunities all over the area: Women's Art Club, Art Club of Cincinnati, Art Academy, DAAP, just to name a few.

  6. Thanks, Darcy - and if I actually bought paper this color, I wouldn't have to tweak the tones in Photoshop!
